Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For the first order, we do not require a MOQ. From the subsequent orders, the MOQ is 20 units. You are welcome to mix multiple models in one container.
How can I get a sample and what is the lead time?
We can prepare a sample for you within 5 days. Note that sample costs and air freight will be reimbursed once we receive a 40HQ container order from you.
What are the available terms of payment?
We currently accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payments or Western Union.
How long does delivery take for the cargo?
It typically takes approximately 5 to 15 days to complete the full production cycle for your order.
