Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For the first order, we do not require an MOQ. For subsequent orders, the MOQ is 20 units, and you can mix different models in one container.
What is your sample policy and lead time?
Samples can be prepared within 5 days. Note that sample costs and air freight will be credited back once a 40HQ container order is placed.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept payments via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union.
How long does production and delivery take?
The standard production time for cargos is approximately 5 to 15 days to complete all manufacturing processes.
Do you provide a product warranty?
Yes, as a quality-focused factory, we provide a 2-3 year guarantee on our products to ensure customer satisfaction.
