When I turn on the robot, it has no response. Why?
This is usually due to low voltage or incorrect battery installation. Please recharge your batteries, ensure they are installed in the correct polarity (+/-), and check the wiring on the battery holder or motor.
The robot moves backwards when I control it to move forward. How can I fix this?
The wiring of the motor is likely connected in reverse. Please disconnect and reconnect the motor wires to fix the direction.
How do I program my robot or restore factory settings?
Download the official software, connect the robot to your PC via USB, and select the correct serial port. You can use "Restore Firmware" for factory settings or "Online Firmware" for live testing.
Why can't I connect the robot to my computer via USB?
Your computer may be missing the mainboard driver. Please install the driver through the software's "Help" menu, then restart the robot and try reconnecting.
Why won't the robot move when connected only to USB power?
USB power only supports the chip and sensors. To drive motors or servos, you must connect the batteries and turn on the power button.
Why is the Line-following Sensor not working correctly?
Ensure the distance to the map is between 1-2cm. Avoid strong light interference and ensure you are using non-reflective material for your line-following map.
