Indocyanine Green For Injection
Indocyanine green (ICG) is a near-infrared fluorescent dye. Protein-bound ICG can be excited by external light with a wavelength range of 750 ~ 810 nm, emitting near-infrared light at about 840nm. Its half-life in blood is approximately 3 ~ 5 minutes. After entering the bloodstream and binding to proteins, it is absorbed by liver cells, enters the intestine via the biliary tract, and is finally excreted.
